KULGAM, SEPTEMBER 20: Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare, and Education, Sakeena Itoo, inaugurated the newly constructed Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Devsar, Kulgam. This significant event took place on September 20, with several dignitaries in attendance, including MLA Devsar, Peerzada Feroz Ahmad, and senior officials from district administration and the health department.
The establishment of this new PHC marks a crucial step towards improving healthcare services for the local population.
