The buzz around Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming film ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ is only getting louder, thanks to none other than Sonu Nigam. The veteran playback singer has jumped into the promotion game in the most unexpected way.
On Monday, Sonu surprised fans by posting an Instagram Reel with Varun Dhawan. In the clip, the two are grooving to the all-new version of the iconic track ‘Bijuria’.
The original ‘Bijuria’ is one of Sonu Nigam’s most popular hits. And, seeing him perform it again, this time alongside Varun, feels like a full-circle moment. The reimagined track is now part of ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’.
The new version of ‘Bijuria’ is ready to officially release on September 3, 2025. In the promotional reel, Varun and Janhvi are seen serving glamorous looks, he in an all-black outfit and she in a striking golden saree.
This fun collaboration comes right after Varun wrapped up filming for ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’. Just last week, the actor announced the completion of the shoot with a bunch of behind-the-scenes photos and videos.
Sharing the big update on Instagram, Varun wrote, “SUNNY SANSKARI KI TULSI KUMARI is done!!! Mein phir se aa raha hoon @shashankkhaitan ki direction mein… oct 2nd.”
Janhvi Kapoor left a sweet comment on his post saying, “Mera Sunny sabse sanskari.”
Meanwhile, Janhvi, Rohit, Sanya, and Khaitan also dropped a joint post teasing fans with, “We had too much fun making this, and you’re going to have too much fun watching it. Mark your calendars for October 2 coz it’s going to be too hot to handle!!! #SunnySanskariKiTulsiKumari #2ndOct.”
