Srinagar, Nov 20: Srinagar experienced its first sub-zero temperature of the season on Wednesday, with the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) reporting a low of minus 0.7 degrees Celsius in the summer capital.
In South Kashmir, Shopian recorded an even colder night at minus 3.9 degrees Celsius, while Pahalgam registered a low of minus 3.7 degrees Celsius.
The weather department has forecast a dry spell across Kashmir until November 23, with no significant precipitation expected during this period.
